From July 3 to July 6, 2022, Milan hosted the ESHRE 38th Annual Meeting, the world’s leading forum in reproductive medicine. The congress gathered top scientists, clinicians, embryologists, and IVF equipment manufacturers to discuss cutting-edge research, advanced consumables, and laboratory hardware.

Attending the congress in the summer of 2022 carried profound significance for our team. During the initial months of the full-scale invasion in Ukraine, our primary mission was maintaining continuity for domestic IVF clinics and safeguarding critical laboratory operations.

Key Working Priorities:

  • Adapting Logistics & Partner Support: Held targeted sessions with executive teams of our manufacturing partners to establish resilient supply routes replacing disrupted logistics channels, ensuring backed-up delivery schedules.

  • Cold Chain Security & Contingency Planning: Aligned stringent protocols for media and cryopreservation transportation under the risks of power outages and potential border delays in Ukraine.

  • Delivering Clinical Feedback under Extreme Conditions: Shared direct insights from Ukrainian embryologists operating medical devices and consumables amidst complex operational environments.

  • Securing Allocation & Market Stability: Agreed on product allocation volumes with global suppliers to guarantee that Ukrainian clinics remained continuously supplied with vital medical items.

Negotiations in Milan enabled LLC ART MEDICAL LTD to secure strong international support, rebuild supply chains, and maintain uninterrupted access to high-quality ART supplies for Ukrainian embryology labs during a critical period.

We extend our deep gratitude to our global partners and the reproductive medicine community for their solidarity, flexibility, and unwavering support!
