CelCulture СО2 Incubators offer fast temperature and gas recovery, along with continuous ISO Class 5 air cleanliness. The antimicrobial ISOCIDE™ coating and multi-split internal door design significantly reduce the risk of contamination. The CelCulture СО2 Incubator is specifically engineered to recreate the natural in vivo environment for developing embryos by maintaining precise temperature, carbon dioxide levels, and suppressed oxygen levels (hypoxia).
FEATURES:
Fast temperature and gas parameter recovery:
- High recovery speeds are achieved using sophisticated control algorithms and optimally positioned sensors that continuously monitor temperature, CO2, and O2 levels inside the chamber.
- The independent inner glass door kit minimizes gas and heat loss during door openings, protecting the system from external contamination.
Maximum protection against contamination:
- Features an automated 90°C moist heat decontamination cycle.
- The built-in ULPA filtration system continuously cleans the internal airflow, returning the chamber to ISO Class 5 cleanliness within 11 minutes after the door is closed.
- External surfaces are protected with the proprietary silver-ion based ISOCIDE™ antimicrobial coating.
Various chamber capacities available:
- Models are designed to meet different laboratory capacity requirements: a 50 L model (with 2 inner doors), a 170 L model (with 4 inner doors), and a 240 L model (with 4 or 6 inner doors).
Easy chamber calibration and validation:
- Dedicated access ports allow for easy calibration, external monitoring, and validation of the chamber workspace parameters.
Guaranteed embryo safety:
- Ensures complete safety for cell cultures, featuring 100% embryo survival rates verified during rigorous lot-by-lot testing via Mouse Embryo Assay (MEA).
